FeaturesEverything GroupArrivals does for a group's travel days.
From the guest list to the last departure: one live board for every flight, alerts for your team, check-in at the airport and a live link for your client.
Your list
Get the guest list in, in minutes
Start from the spreadsheet you already have, or let guests add their own flights.
Upload CSV or Excel
Columns in any order, with English or Spanish names. They are matched for you, and you check a preview before anything is saved.
Problems shown per row
A missing date, an unknown flight number or a likely typo is pointed out on its row, so you fix it now and not at the airport.
Connecting flights
Write each leg, for example IB 6123 / AA 1405. Every leg is tracked, and the board warns you when a connection may be missed.
Arrivals and departures
Each traveler can have flights in and flights home, up to several legs each way.
Guest self-entry link
Send one link: guests pick their name from a masked list and add or correct their flights, checked as they type. You can let new guests add themselves too.
Edit as plans change
Add a traveler, move people to another flight, or mark someone as cancelled. The board and the counts follow.

Airports and time
The right airports, in the right time
Groups land where the trip is, not always at one airport.
Destination search
Type a city, an island, a region or an airport code. Nearby airports are suggested, including ones in another country.
Up to three airports per group
A wedding in Tulum can use Cancun and Tulum. Each airport has its own board, totals and greeters.
Wrong-airport flags
A traveler flying into or out of an airport the group does not use is flagged in the preview and on the board, and you decide what to do.
Every time in local time
Arrivals show in the arrival airport's clock and departures in the departure airport's clock, so a flight home lands in its own time zone.

The live board
Every flight of the group on one screen
The board updates by itself through the day, for every airport and every day of the trip.
Arrivals and Departures tabs
Day by day, with each flight's time, airline, status, terminal, gate and belt, and how many of its travelers are checked in or boarded.
Live map
See the planes in the air on their way to you, with the next flight to land and how far along it is.
Clear status everywhere
In the air, landed, not yet flown or cancelled, in the same colors on the map, the bars and the labels. Lateness is its own label.
Connection risk
Travelers who might miss a connection are flagged on their flight before it becomes a problem.
Search and attention filter
Find a traveler or a flight in a second, or show only the flights that need you.
A flight in one tap
Open a flight to see its route, its progress and the list of its travelers.

Alerts and summaries
Hear about a change before anyone calls you
Your team gets an email and a push alert on their phones, and every alert opens that flight on the board.
Delay limit per group
Choose how late is worth an alert, from 15 minutes to 2 hours. You hear again when it gets later or when it is back on time.
Cancellations and diversions
Always alerted, with the number of travelers on that flight.
Take-off and landing alerts
Turn them on per group to hear when each flight leaves and lands, with its expected landing time.
No flood of messages
A burst of changes arrives as one message, not ten.
Morning email
On travel days: who arrives and who leaves today, by airport.
Evening summary
Who was checked in or boarded today and who was not, for you and, if you want, for your client.

At the airport
Check people in on a phone, even without signal
Airport check-in is optional per group. Turn it on when you have greeters at the airport.
A link per greeter
Scope each link to an airport, a day, arrivals or departures, or one flight, and protect it with a PIN if you like.
Tap a name
Mark a traveler checked in on arrival, or boarded on departure. Mark a no-show and undo it if they turn up.
Works offline
Taps are saved on the phone and synced when the signal is back, so a basement arrivals hall is not a problem.
Everyone sees the same
The board and the other greeters see each check-in as it happens.

Your client
Keep your client informed without sending updates
Share a private live link instead of a spreadsheet, and a manifest when someone needs a file.
Client board
A private link with the totals and the flights, live. No sign-in for your client.
Names hidden if you prefer
Show the progress without anyone's name, or with names, for each group.
Your note and your brand
Add a short note such as where the coaches leave from. With a group pass or a monthly plan, show your own logo and color.
Daily summary for the client
Add client contacts to a group and they get the end-of-day summary by email.
Manifests
Download arrivals and departures as CSV or Excel per day, airport or flight, or print a clean page.

Your team
Built for a team, on any device
Everyone works from the same board, on a computer at the office or a phone at the airport.
Roles and invites
Owner, admin and member roles. Invite your team by email; seats depend on your plan.
Several workspaces
Keep separate companies or brands apart and switch between them.
On your phone
Add GroupArrivals to your home screen to use it like an app and get push alerts on your lock screen. There is nothing to install from a store.
English and Spanish
The app, the links and the emails are in English and Spanish, and each guest or client link has a language switch.

Privacy and billing
Fair pricing and careful with your data
Pay per group or monthly, and keep travelers' data only as long as you need it.
See it before you pay
Upload your list and see it on the board first. Flights are tracked once a group pass or a monthly plan is active.
Per group or monthly
A one-time pass per group from $29, or a monthly plan from $59 for teams with many groups.
Data deleted after the trip
Travelers' personal details are deleted a set number of days after the group ends: 60 by default, your choice.
Only flight numbers leave
The flight data provider gets flight numbers and dates, never travelers' names.
Private links
Client, greeter and guest links use long secret tokens, can expire, can be revoked and can carry a PIN.
Every airline
Flights from 1,000+ airlines, tracked live.
Your guests book whatever suits them. GroupArrivals follows the flights of more than 1,000 airlines worldwide, from the big carriers to regional and low-cost ones.
