About GroupArrivalsMeeting a group at the airport should be calm.
GroupArrivals exists for the person standing at arrivals with a sign, a phone and forty people still in the air.
Why it exists
Planners, agents and event teams told us the same story. The day before a group travels, they print a manifest. On the day, they open twenty browser tabs of a flight tracker, refresh them, and keep a group chat going with the greeters at the airport.
Flight trackers follow one flight for one person. Event tools handle registration but not the flight that lands two hours late. Nobody looked after the whole day of travel for one group, at a fair price for that one group.
What we built
One board with every arrival and departure in the group, live. A link for the greeters that works without signal. A link for the client with no login. A link for guests to add their own flight. Alerts to the team when a flight is late.
You can pay once for one group, because many groups happen once: a wedding, an incentive, a school trip.
What we will not do
We do not sell travelers' data, and we do not send their names to flight data providers. We delete their details 60 days after the group ends.
We do not show anything on this site that is not in the product today.
Who we are
GroupArrivals was founded by Julien de Bats. It is a small, independent team, and the people who build it answer your messages.
