How do I meet a large group at the airport without missing anyone?
Upload the arrival manifest, then send each greeter a check-in link for their airport, day or flight. They tap Check in as travelers come out, and the Not checked in yet list shows who is still to come, with each flight's live status.
Can the client follow arrivals without a login?
Yes. Share a private board link. Your client sees how many travelers have landed and checked in, and which flights are late. Names appear only if you turn them on.
Does it work for 3,000 travelers?
Yes. One group can hold up to 3,000 travelers with Group Pass XL ($449, once). The board, the check-in links and the exports work the same at any size.
What if the greeters have no signal in the terminal?
Check-in keeps working. Each tap is saved on the phone and synced when the phone is back online, so two greeters can work the same flight safely.
Can we export a manifest for the transfer company?
Yes. Download a CSV manifest per day, airport or flight, or open the print page and save it as a PDF from the browser.
