Tracking flights
What is GroupArrivals?
GroupArrivals is live flight tracking for groups. You upload a guest list with flights and see every arrival and departure live on one board, check travelers in at the airport on a phone, and share a live board with your client.
How do I track multiple flights at once?
Put all the flights in one group: upload a CSV or Excel file, type them in, or let travelers add their own through a link. GroupArrivals tracks them all at once and shows them on one board, grouped by day and airport.
Which flight details does it show?
Status, scheduled and real times, delay, terminal, gate and baggage belt, when the airline publishes them. Every status change is kept in the flight's history.
Does it track connecting flights?
Yes. Each traveler can have several legs in each direction, and every leg is tracked.
Which airlines and airports does it cover?
Flights worldwide, through a commercial flight data provider. If a flight number cannot be found, you see it on the import preview.
At the airport and with your client
How does airport check-in work?
You send a greeter a link for one airport, day or flight, with an optional PIN. They open it in the phone's browser, search a name and tap Check in. It works without signal and syncs later.
What does my client see?
A live board with totals (landed, checked in, delayed, missing) and flights by status. Names only if you turn them on, and your logo on Pro and Agency plans.
Can guests add their own flights?
Yes, through a link or a QR code. You see which flights were added by a guest.
Who gets alerts?
The members of your team, by email and by push on their phones. Each member chooses their own alerts. Travelers and clients do not get alert messages.
Do you send text messages or WhatsApp?
No. Alerts are sent by email and push notification today.
Account, pricing and data
Is there an app to download?
No download is needed. GroupArrivals works in your phone's browser, and you can add it to your home screen.
Which languages are available?
English and Spanish, in the app, the links and the emails.
How much does it cost?
Group Passes from $29 to $449 once per group, each with its flights included. Monthly plans: Pro at $59 and Agency at $179. Top-ups: 50 flights for $29, 250 travelers for $19.
Where is my data stored and who sees it?
In a database that keeps each workspace's data separate. Only your team sees your groups. Public links show only what each link is for.
When are travelers' details deleted?
Automatically 60 days after the group ends. You can export the group as a CSV before that, or delete it sooner.
