Short answer
An arrival manifest is a list of a group's travelers sorted by arrival, with each person's flight, date, time, airport and terminal. Greeters, transfer companies and hotels use it to plan the day. It goes out of date as soon as a flight moves, so the best manifest is one that updates with live flight status.
The columns that matter
Traveler name; party or group; flight number; date; from and to airports; scheduled time; terminal; transfer or vehicle; notes such as accessibility needs. For a departure manifest, add the hotel pickup time.
Sort it the way the day runs
By date, then airport, then time, then flight. Greeters work flight by flight; transfer companies plan by the hour.
Keep it current
A printed manifest is right only until the first delay. A live manifest shows each flight's real time and status, and who is already checked in, so the transfer desk works from the truth.
Share the right version with each person
The transfer company needs times and passenger counts. The greeter needs names and flights for their airport. The client needs totals. In GroupArrivals, each gets their own link or CSV export.
